The average cost for an ensuite renovation is around $16 000 – $18 000. A bathroom renovation will cost around $18 000 – $25 000. The total cost will vary dependent on structural work required, your choice of fittings and fixtures and the amount of tiling.

There are a huge range of products and fittings available. Your choice will depend largely on your individual taste and budget. You can source your fittings and fixtures from any supplier or we can help.

The average length of time from strip out to final completion is around 4 weeks. Completion time can be affected by tiling and structural complexity. Our Project Manager is also the builder. He is on site overseeing all stages of the renovation and ensuring that all facets of the renovation proceed smoothly.

Yes, we use a team of highly skilled tradespeople, who specialise in bathroom renovations. Our onsite Project Manager coordinates the various tradespeople to complete the renovation in a timely and efficient manner.

All our renovation work is covered by a six and a half year, Home Owner’s Warranty and complies with Australian structural standards and building codes. Waterproofing, is completed to the Australian Standard Codes for Waterproofing. Certificates of Compliance are also provided for all plumbing and electrical work.
